Store connections

All three read paid orders and write tracking back. What differs is how much else they carry.

  • eBay

    Available now

Paid eBay orders land in one grid, USPS and UPS are priced per order, and tracking posts back to eBay the moment the label is bought.

    What it reads and writes
  • Early access

Unfulfilled orders in, USPS and UPS labels out, and the fulfillment written back with tracking.

    What it reads and writes
  • WooCommerce®

    Early access

A key-based REST connection, polled order sync, and tracking written back onto the order.

Everything else, today

Most storefronts have no connector, so there is a plain route. Upload a CSV or XLSX and the columns are matched for you, paste rows, or type an order by hand. A file with unfamiliar headers gets a mapping step first.

It all lands in The Workbench, part of Pro. Pick lists and packing slips are built from store sourced orders only, so imported rows give you labels and tracking, not paperwork.

In progress

We are building toward Walmart Marketplace, Amazon, Etsy and TikTok Shop. None is connected yet, and we are not putting dates on them.

What every connection shares

Orders within minutes
Polled every 10 to 15 minutes, sooner where the platform sends a webhook.
Tracking written back
Buy the label and the number returns to the order it came from.
USPS and UPS per order
Your shipping rules, service mappings and presets applied to every row.
Buyer data for 90 days
Recipient details are erased 90 days after an order is finished.

You do not need a store to start
