When a label in the batch is wrong
You have 28 days to cancel an unused USPS or UPS label bought on eBay, and it can take up to 21 days for the carrier to approve or reject the refund. Cancel from Shipping Labels in Seller Hub, or Manage shipping labels in My eBay: find the item, pick Cancel Label in the Actions column, choose a reason and send the request. A label whose QR code has already been scanned at a drop off point counts as used and cannot be cancelled.
Cancelling the label does not undo the tracking upload on the order, so add the replacement tracking number once the new label exists.
