How to download your Depop sales as a CSV
A CSV of the period you chose is on your computer, with the sales, the fees and the shipping information Depop includes.
Checked against Depop's How to use your sales download on September 13, 2026.
Before you start
- A computer, because the app has no download
- The date range you want, 3 months at most
- A spreadsheet app to open the file
Steps
-
Sign in on desktop web
Open Depop in a browser on a computer and sign in to the selling account. The download is not in the iOS or Android app.
-
Open the Selling Hub
On your profile, select Your selling hub.
You should see the selling hub with its tabs across the top.
-
Open your stats
Select Stats.
You should see the sales figures for the account, with Download sales on the page.
-
Start the download
Select Download sales.
You should see a date range to choose.
-
Choose a range of 3 months or less
Set the start and end dates. Depop caps each file at 3 months, so a year takes four downloads.
-
Download the file
Select Download.
You should see a CSV on your computer covering the range you set.
If it goes wrong
- You cannot find it in the app
Depop documents the sales download on desktop web only. Nothing in the iOS or Android app produces the file, so stop hunting and open a browser.
- A year in one file
The 3 month cap is per file. Pull four files with matching column order, then stack them, rather than expecting a single annual export.
- Do not build on the headers yet
Depop says the file carries the date, buyer username, item description, quantity, pricing, fees and shipping information, without publishing the exact column names. Open one file and map from what is in it.
What happens next
The download is a record of what sold, not a way to change an order. Tracking still goes on each order through Sold, once only, and inside 10 days of the sale. For tax and bookkeeping the fee columns are the reason to pull the file quarterly rather than at year end.
From a sales file to a batch of labels
Import a CSV or XLSX into The Workbench, which is part of Pro, and recognised headers such as recipient, address, city, state, zip, weight and order reference are matched for you. Anything with different headers gets a mapping step, and a short list can be pasted in instead. Rate and buy USPS and UPS labels across the batch, then print one merged PDF.
