How to download an eBay orders report
You have a CSV of the orders you picked, ready to map into a batch label run.

Before you start
- Seller Hub on a computer.
- A date range no longer than 90 days.
- A spreadsheet tool that opens CSV.
From Manage orders

Open Manage orders in Seller Hub
In Seller Hub, open Orders, then Manage orders.
You should see your order list with Download report available on the page.

Select Download report
On the Manage orders page, select Download report.
You should see the report options, including the date range.

Set a range inside 90 days
eBay accepts 1 to 90 days for an orders report. Pick the window you are shipping.

Download the file
Confirm the download. The orders report is a CSV.
You should see a CSV in your downloads folder, one row per order line.
For orders you have already picked

Tick the orders in Manage orders
In Seller Hub, open Manage orders and tick the orders you want.
You should see the tick boxes filled and the bulk actions available.

Select More, then Download selected
Above the list, select More, then Download selected.
You should see a CSV containing only the orders you ticked.
From Seller Hub Reports

Open Reports, then Download
In Seller Hub, select Reports, then Download.
You should see the download builder, starting with Source.

Set Source to Orders
In the download builder, set Source to Orders.
You should see the order fields and the date range.

Set the date range and download
Choose a range of 1 to 90 days, then start the download.
You should see the request listed with your other downloads.
If it goes wrong
- The range stops at 90 days
eBay caps an orders report at 1 to 90 days. Older orders come out in consecutive windows, not one long pull.
- eBay does not publish the column list
There is no documented schema for the orders report, so map the headers from the file you actually get rather than from a list you found somewhere. The transaction report under Payments is the only eBay order file with published columns.
- The report is not a shipping file
Addresses, weights and service choices still have to be matched to your own columns before a batch label run. Nothing in the orders report decides a service for you.
What happens next
Downloading the orders is the start of the handling-time clock, not a pause in it. eBay measures handling time from payment to the first carrier scan, and Top Rated needs at least 95% of transactions with tracking uploaded within handling time and validated by the carrier (eBay). Top Rated also allows no more than 5 late shipments or 3% of transactions, and eBay evaluates the account on the 20th of each month.
From CSV to labels
Import the CSV or paste the rows into The Workbench (part of Pro). Columns such as recipient, street, city, state, zip, weight and order reference are matched automatically, and a mapping step handles a file whose headers differ.
Weight comes from your saved product presets or from what you type once. USPS and UPS are priced per order, and you print one merged PDF for the batch.
