How to ship a batch of Reverb orders
The day's Reverb orders are rated and bought in one pass, and every order carries its own tracking number afterwards.
Checked against Reverb: Does Reverb have a bulk shipping solution? on September 13, 2026.
Before you start
- The orders you intend to ship today, all in Awaiting Shipment.
- Packed weights for each parcel, or product presets that carry them.
- A batch shipping tool that takes a CSV, because Reverb has no bulk upload of its own.
Steps
-
Set the date range on the Orders page
In Reverb, go to Orders and set Start Date and End Date around the orders you are shipping.
You should see only the orders you mean to ship in the list.
-
Select Export, then Orders
With the range set, select Export and choose Orders.
You should see an orders export prepared for that date range.
-
Select Download Export
Select Download Export to pull the file down.
You should see a spreadsheet with around 30 columns, including Shipping Provider and Shipping Service.
-
Map the address columns into your batch tool
Load the file into the tool you buy labels in and match its address columns to the tool's fields once.
You should see one row per order, each with a recipient and a weight.
-
Rate and buy the batch together
Price the rows, pick the service per parcel and buy the labels in one pass, then print them together.
You should see one label per order, in the same order as your printed list.
-
Put each tracking number back on its Reverb order
Open each order in Reverb and add its number with Add Tracking Info, since Reverb takes no bulk tracking upload.
You should see every order reading as shipped, with its own number under Shipping Details.
If it goes wrong
- Reverb says it has no bulk tool
Its own answer is to integrate elsewhere: "for sellers looking for a bulk shipping option, we recommend integrating your Reverb account with ShipStation." Nothing in the Reverb UI batches labels for you.
- The export has no tracking column
Around 30 columns are published and none of them is a tracking number. You cannot export, ship, and re-import to reconcile tracking: the numbers go back one order at a time.
- The clock is per order, not per batch
Reverb wants each order shipped within 3 business days, and within 24 hours on a 2-day order. A weekly batch misses the 2-day orders.
What happens next
Every order still needs its own tracking entry, so build the batch around that: buy the labels together, then walk the orders once and paste. Reverb holds payouts on tracking, and an order left without a number sits there while the rest settle. The export is your picking list, not your reconciliation file, because it carries Shipping Provider and Shipping Label Fee but no tracking number.
Batch the day in The Workbench
Import the Reverb export as a CSV, or paste the rows, into The Workbench (part of Pro). Recognised headers match automatically and a mapping step handles the rest, then you rate USPS and UPS across the batch and print one merged PDF. Pick lists and packing slips need a connected store, so imported rows do not produce them.
