How to export Reverb orders to CSV

Before you start

• Seller access to the Reverb account.
• The date range you want, since the export is driven by dates and not by order status.
• A spreadsheet tool, or the batch shipper you intend to feed.

Steps

1. Open the Orders page in Reverb

   In your Reverb account, go to Orders.

   You should see your order list with date controls above it.

2. Set Start Date and End Date

   Set Start Date and End Date to the period you want in the file.

   You should see the list narrowed to that range.

3. Select Export, then Orders

   Select Export and choose Orders rather than another export type.

   You should see an orders export prepared for that range.

4. Select Download Export

   Select Download Export and save the file.

   You should see a spreadsheet of orders, around 30 columns wide.

If it goes wrong

There is no tracking number column

Reverb publishes around 30 columns, including Shipping Provider, Shipping Service and Shipping Label Fee. A tracking number is not among them, so this file cannot tell you which orders you have already shipped.

The export is scoped by date, not by status

Start Date and End Date are the only scope. Filter for unshipped orders in your spreadsheet after the download rather than expecting Reverb to do it.

Shipping Label Fee is Reverb's fee, not your postage

The column records what a Reverb label cost on that order. Labels you bought elsewhere do not appear in it, so reconcile postage against your own records.

What happens next

With the file in hand the batch is a mapping job: recipient, address, weight, and your own order reference. Tracking still goes back to Reverb one order at a time through Add Tracking Info, because there is no bulk upload and no tracking column to round-trip. Reverb keeps its shipping clock per order, at 3 business days and 24 hours on a 2-day sale.
