What does it cost?
The account is free. You pay per label from your balance.
- Starter
- Free. Each label adds a platform fee.
- Pro
- A subscription. No platform fee, plus The Workbench, file and paste imports, a lower insurance rate, branded tracking and teammate seats.
Prices marked Pro price are what Pro members pay. On the free Starter plan, each label adds a platform fee of about 10% of the postage, rounded to the nearest $0.25, at least $0.50 and at most $2.50. Billing and fees lists every charge.
Phone, tablet or desktop?
All three. iOS, Android and the web share one account and one balance, and labels print through each device's own print dialog, 4x6 or letter.
Shipping software questions from marketplace sellers
